Try a new profile without mods. If it works, your mods are the reason for the crash. If I line-up the truck and the bed totally straight, the loader still goes crasy and turns to the side. If you want to be able to shift between reverse, neutral, and drive, go into the Gameplay Options and select Real Automatic in the transmission dropdown.
